Founded in 1865 by Eugen Dyckerhoff and Gottlieb Widmann, DYWIDAG began as a small German workshop and quickly became a pioneer in construction. Trusted on the world’s most ambitious projects, we continue that legacy today - bringing intelligence and strength to the infrastructure millions rely on every day.

En 1865, Gottlieb Widmann et Eugen Dyckerhoff, respectivement beau-père et beau-fils, créent une petite fabrique de ciment en Allemagne.
- 1880
Notre héritage dans le savoir-faire de ponts
Dans les années 1880, la fabrique se transforme en une entreprise de construction spécialisée dans la réalisation de ponts.

Notre technologie et expertise
L’activité de R&D de l’entreprise se développe au fur à mesure de sa croissance et, en 1903, Dyckerhoff and Widmann réalisent le renforcement en acier d’un pont ferroviaire en Allemagne, grâce à la technologie qui est à l’origine de la barre filetée DYWIDAG Threadbar™️

Géotechnique à l’échelle mondiale
Dans les années 70, suite à une forte augmentation de la population mondiale et à la nécessité de réaliser des fondations de plus en plus solides, nous avons créé notre segment géotechnique, à l’échelle internationale.
